Reserving A Puppy and all you should know..

Note: Please take the time to thoroughly read this page before placing your deposit!

How To reserve a puppy

If you feel like you are ready to move forward with adopting one of our precious pups or joining one of our wait-lists, you may fill out the Adoption Application and place your 200.00 deposit either by Venmo, Zelle, Apple Pay, or Google Pay. (You will be responsible for any additional fees that occur via electronic payment.)
After your Adoption Application is approved and your deposit is placed, you will be put on the waitlist in the order it was received (we keep our lists updated daily).  Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE for any reason. If you are not satisfied with the puppies you have to choose from when it is your turn, or the Dam did not produce any puppies, you may choose to remain on the list for the next available litter, or transfer to any desired list. We are fully committed to serving you to the best of our ability, so we appreciate your commitment to us in return. As we do our best to estimate a timeline of pregnancy and due date, it is ultimately up to mother nature. The average wait for a puppy is 6 months to 1 year. We often post updates on our Instagram (@myfairdoodles) as well as Facebook on a daily basis, so please follow us on social media to stay in the know. We try our best to keep everyone updated, but we do become extremely busy at times especially when we are whelping, going through selections, or around go home dates with each litter. The care of our dogs and puppies are our first priority, but other daily duties include (but not limited to): feeding, administering medications (worming and parasite preventatives), vet appointments, breeding, checking heat cycles, pregnancy checking, keeping a clean environment, exercising, grooming and puppy socialization. So please keep in mind we are not in the office at all times, but will get back to you at our earliest convenience.

Puppy Selections & Take HoMe

We will post pictures of each litter on our website under “Puppy Nursery” up until you make your official selection either in person or via Facetime once the puppies turn 5-6 weeks old.  We will let you know the selection date as well as estimated go home date once the puppies are born. Each person will choose in the order they are on the list and will be assigned a timeslot. Your timeslot may be subject to change, so please keep your schedule open and flexible on selection day. Please keep your phone nearby on Selection Day as well, if we can not reach you, you may lose your place in line. You will have one hour to make your decision. We will be available to answer any questions you might have when it comes to temperament, size, coat type or assist in your selection based on our expertise upon request. We will be in contact prior to selections to schedule your timeslot. Once your puppy is selected we will send out the health guarantee and invoice the following week and work out any transportation and pickup arrangements. Please review all photos of your litter in advance to narrow down your top choices ahead of time to make the selections process go as smoothly as possible.

Pick-up & Delivery

We will be happy to make arrangements to deliver your puppy to an agreed upon location if it is within a 100 mile radius of Pulaski Tennessee for a fee of $75.00. If you live out-of-state and prefer to fly in to pick up your puppy, we will meet you at the Nashville International Airport (BNA) or Huntsville International Airport (HSV) curbside. There will be a fee of $75.00 for traveling/delivering to either airport. Please check airline pet restrictions ahead of time when flying with a puppy. Rules and costs vary per airline, and each airline has different carrier size requirements according to the size of the aircraft. American Airlines is our recommended airline when flying with pets. Your puppy will not come with a airline approved pet carrier, but we would be happy to assist you through the process.

Additional transportation

If you need help finding transportation to get your puppy home, we will be happy to connect you with a trusted Flight Nanny or Ground Transporter.

Final Payment

Your final invoice will be sent the week prior to your puppy’s go home date. Your final payment is due at the time you pick up your puppy. If you live in the state of Tennessee or if you come to Tennessee to pick up your puppy, Tennessee State Sales Tax will be added to your final invoice. For ALL puppies traveling out of state, a $40 Interstate Health Certificate is required by law and this will also be added to your final invoice. You may make your final payment by Cashiers Check, Money Order, Venmo or Zelle. We do not accept final payment through PayPal.
